Complete the forms, and information. Submit it to the Court website, and make your payment. The court will process the forms, and send them back to you. They will have a court number, and a court date. This is called a sealed document, it is a reference to the application of a the court seal, the court stamp, which is applied to documents, indicating the court is aware of the court process.
